Huge mahalo to everyone who came to Map Day, the first epic shoot for THE 100TH, Seeds of Aloha documentary production shot at Hangar 79, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum on Saturday June 7, 2025. The shoot entailed the building of a 6,000SF walking floor map of Italy, France and Germany on the floor of Hangar 79, part of “ground zero” on December 7, 1941, the day of the Attack on Pearl Harbor. Over 1,200 attendees participated in placing commemorative medallions for WWII soldiers from the 100th Infantry Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team and 522nd Field Artillery Battalion. The day was a heartfelt film celebration of the courage, sacrifice and aloha of “The Greatest Generation.”
